The backbone of our company.  Please schedule a visit to our ongoing job sites.  Our key to success in this field has always been keeping the whole job site to ourselves ie no subcontracting to third party.  This is how we keep our cost low and save time.  Other builders out there normally subcontract different parts of their job site to other contractors and hence, communication error arise, the many different parties in the site will also have conflict (ex: your pipe is in the way of my HVAC) tha eventually leads to delay in job progress making you loose money.  In Vipex Development Corp, we have our own in house electrician, plumber, wood crafter, fire sprinklist, even HVAC and fire proofing. Also, safety is our priority to ensure your job site will not be halted, all of our workers have taken their 10 hour OSHA class, and we hire no illegal construction workers.
