A 6-unit-condo in the Park Slope area of Brooklyn.  This is a pre-existing condo with two stories extension added. The original building was a 2 stories brick, we gutted, re-frame and added 2 more stories story on top of it with structural reinforcement.  The new units include balcony of it's own and a shared back balcony with Manhattan View.​
