There are only 235 Packaging Factories in Guangdong State China.  But an Alibaba.com search will return you with 3,091 Suppliers in the same area.

 

That means only 7% of Alibaba's suppliers are real.  This shows you how bloated Alibaba is.  Many individuals - especially those who just learned english will take their chane on Alibaba and open their own website selling service, in China this term is so common we call it "回佣" meaning "If I can grab you a business I need 5%-10% commission back"   Hence, creating a vast amount of bloated suppliers on Alibaba who, ofcourse, claims they have their own factory, again.    

 

We however are succumb to these individuals most of the time because they can get orders since that is what they do all day, and do it hard - communicating with outside copanies and get sales and just throw all the work to us.  These people also tend to delay email a lot because Alibaba is usually their part-time job.

 

Wal-Mart found us, and it really increased our turnover rate by over 500% because we now communicate with each other directly, and all requests and alteration are direct and instant with no middlemen delaying the message, we are also allowed to talk over the phone and sometimes video chat whereas before our middlemen would never allow us to do so.  Maybe this is why Wal-Mart is the #1 company in America with the highest earning according to Almanac 2013.
